The Process

Every team engagement is bespoke — but always rigorous, data-driven and measured

1. Discovery

We start with a deep 1:1 with the leader — exploring leadership style, team dynamics, key challenges and the desired outcome. This shapes everything that follows.

2. Team Check-In

Individual conversations with team members to cross-check what we've learned, build psychological safety and test our hypotheses. Data is gathered confidentially.

3. Intervention Design

Using everything we've learned, we design the right intervention for this specific team — not a template, but a targeted approach built around what will actually work.

4. Team Session(s)

Typically 1–2 intensive team sessions, facilitated by our coaches. These are where the real shifts happen — in trust, communication, shared understanding and commitment.

5. Individual Coaching

Individual coaching sessions with the leader — and where relevant, with team members — to embed learning and support behaviour change beyond the team sessions.

6. Measurement & Report

We measure before and after the intervention so results are visible. A written report with insights and recommendations is delivered at the end of the trajectory.
