How It Works

A signature format — rigorous, human and built to last

The Format

Programs run over 9–12 months with cohorts of 15–25 participants. Fully virtual, so teams from across the world can participate in the same cohort. Every program combines three core elements:

  • Group Coaching
    Peer learning in a psychologically safe group setting — where shared challenges become collective growth.
  • Individual Coaching
    1:1 sessions for each participant to go deeper on personal leadership challenges and goals.
  • The Leadership Ecosystem
    The program extends beyond the cohort into the organization — senior sponsors, mentors and organizational leaders join as guest speakers and voices, creating a connected ecosystem around each participant's development. (Name TBC)
